What We Do

Design for Web

Whether you are looking for a complete site overhaul, some help figuring out how you can improve your site, or a flash animation to spruce up your home page, we can do it for you. We create sites that are easy to navigate, logically organized, easy to update and pleasing to the eye. As an agency subcontractor, we have done a variety of web and usability-related projects for large organizations like Verizon (former GTE), GTE SuperPages, Texas Instruments, Fujitsu, Jack Daniel’s, Canadian Mist, Ryder, and more. And we’ve worked with lots of smaller companies and startups too.

Design for Print

Brochures, letterhead, business cards, catalogs, signage, posters, booklets, trade show graphics, point of purchase displays… if you need anything prepared for print, give us a call. From initial concepts to final press check, we’ll make sure your print project is well taken care of, every step of the way. We have relationships with some excellent printers, too.

Consulting

We love helping clients learn more about how the web and technology can help their business. We offer on-site training for various software applications, and we can even advise you on what types of software and hardware to buy. Need help starting an effective email campaign or online newletter? Want to know the most efficient ways to produce your own printed materials in house? Give us a call.

(We do not charge for initial consultations.)

Our Process

We work with clients all across the world, many of whom we have never actually met in person. Clear communication via phone, e-mail and our web site makes it possible for us to work efficiently with you, no matter where you are. Prior to beginning a job, we present you with our strategy, timeline, and cost estimate. There are three phases to each project:

Step 1: Information Gathering & Analysis

The best commercial design is that which serves its marketing goals. When designing a new identity or web presence for your company, we start by gathering information about your business, your goals, and how you wish to position yourself in your industry. We study your customers’ profiles, habits, and expectations. We also learn as much as we can about your own personal tastes and preferences. This information-gathering phase helps us to understand you and your company better, so that we can formulate a design strategy that will best meet your marketing expectations.

Step 2: Design

We normally present you with three or more initial design concepts and will go through approximately three design iterations. You can view your work in progress through a password-protected area on our web site.

Step 3: Production & Delivery

Once you are happy with the general design, we will prepare your job for its final medium (either print or the web). We deliver all printwork to you or your printer in print-ready format. Web sites will be delivered to you or uploaded directly to your site, tested on all target browsers.
